What are Recovery Colleges?

What are Recovery Colleges? Recovery Colleges provide a chance to make a difference to your own or others' mental health, through learning. Using an educational approach, Recovery Colleges provide knowledge, skills and tools to keep yourself and others well, or to work towards recovery.
